Aim of the National Volunteer Register:
To introduce the compulsory registration of all volunteers prior to inclusion in a trial in order to eliminate the 'professional' volunteer who not only places their own health at risk, but also can adversely effect the validity of the findings, along with the reputation of the pharmaceutical sponsor and CRO.
